The team’s batting strength also lies in players like Tristian Stubbs, Abhishek Porel, Shai Hope, and Pant. Kolkata Knight Riders, on the other hand, have struggled with their bowling, especially with Dushmantha Chameera failing to impress in his debut. Sunil Narine has been a standout performer with the bat, scoring 357 runs from eight matches.
However, KKR’s other batsmen need to contribute more. With upcoming matches against Mumbai and Lucknow, KKR aims to secure a win to stay in playoff contention. Delhi’s spin duo of Kuldeep Yadav and Axar Patel will aim to make an impact against Kolkata, with Yadav seeking to prove himself against his former team.
