Bidar
Extending warm greetings on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti, Bidar South MLA Shailendra Beldale conveyed his best wishes to citizens across the country, state, district, and his constituency. He also greeted people on Akka Mahadevi Jayanti, wishing peace, safety, and strength for all to overcome challenges. Highlighting the festive spirit, he noted that Hanuman Jayanti is being celebrated with devotion nationwide through prayers, bhajans, and spiritual activities.
Speaking on the upcoming by-elections, Beldale expressed strong confidence in his party’s victory in both constituencies. He stated that after personally visiting Bagalkot and staying there for four days, he observed a positive wave in favour of party candidate Veeranna Charantimath. “We are expecting a winning margin of 10,000 to 15,000 votes,” he said, adding that voters are determined to support the candidate this time.
He also praised the rapid development of Bagalkot, comparing it to a modern city with improved infrastructure, roads, and educational facilities. Criticising the opposition, Beldale alleged internal dissatisfaction within their ranks, mentioning reports of differences involving Zameer Ahmed Khan over candidate selection, which he believes could impact their performance.
He further noted increasing support from youth, including those from minority communities, and appealed to them to join the party for development and unity. Referring to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he said welfare schemes are benefiting all sections of society, including farmers and the underprivileged. Beldale urged the youth to actively participate in nation-building and support initiatives aimed at inclusive growth and progress.
