KD The Devil is one of the most awaited Kannada films of the year, with fans eagerly looking forward to its release. Directed by Prem and produced by Venkat K. Narayana under KVN Productions, the film features Dhruva Sarja, Sanjay Dutt, and Shilpa Shetty in key roles. Adding to the excitement, superstar Kiccha Sudeep has now joined the cast in a cameo role.
Director Prem confirmed the news by sharing photos from the film’s sets, where he was seen with Dhruva Sarja and Kiccha Sudeep. The announcement has created a fresh wave of buzz, especially among Sudeep’s fans, who are excited to watch him share screen space with Dhruva Sarja. Reports suggest that Sudeep’s character will appear at a crucial point in the story, delivering powerful action moments alongside the Action Prince.
Meanwhile, Shilpa Shetty and Sanjay Dutt are also grabbing attention with their impressive roles as Satyavati and Dhak Deva, marking their return to Kannada cinema.
The film will be released on a pan-India scale. While KVN Productions presents the Kannada version, AA Films will distribute the Hindi version. The Telugu release will be backed by Vaaraahi Chalana Chitram, Red Giant Movies will present the Tamil version, and Aashirvad Cinemas will bring it to Malayalam audiences.
Set against the backdrop of Bengaluru’s gang wars of the 1970s, KD The Devil promises high-octane action and drama. The film is expected to hit theaters in October 2025.
