Police have posted a notice at YouTuber Sameer M.D.’s house after he missed multiple summons for questioning at Dharmasthala police station, despite being granted anticipatory bail by the Mangaluru District Court. Police tried to serve the notice at his Bandihatti residence in Bellary district, but the door was locked, so they pasted the notice on the wall. Another notice was also placed at his rented house in Hullahalli, Jigani, Bangalore, after it was found locked.

The notice states that Sameer had been asked to appear on several dates but failed to do so. Although he obtained bail on August 21, 2025, he is still required to cooperate and appear for questioning on August 24, 2025, at 10 a.m. at the Belthangady Rural Circle Police Station.

Sameer is under investigation for a case registered at Kaula Bazar police station in Bellary, related to a video he made about a young woman’s rape and murder in Belthangady. Currently, no family members live at his Bellary house; only distant relatives reside there.
