Public has been informed that Mr. M. N. Ramesh Babu, resident of Kuvempunagara in Channapatna taluk, has reported loss of his original registered sale deed related to a property in Malur village. The document, registered in 2013 at the Sub-Registrar Office, Channapatna, pertains to Survey No. 235/2 measuring 9 guntas. It was executed in favour of Sri Puttaswamy @ Puttaswamygowda by the original owners and relates to a bounded property in Malur village.
The property is presently in the possession of Ramesh Babu since 2014 and is claimed to be free from encumbrances. He has reported that the original deed has been lost despite search efforts and has filed an online police complaint dated 29 April 2026. A lost report number 2178907/2026 has also been registered. Through this public notice, anyone having claims or objections regarding the property is requested to submit valid documents within seven days. If no claims are received within the stipulated period, it will be presumed that the property is free from disputes or encumbrances. For further communication, Advocate Shivaswamy S. has been authorised to receive representations at Ramanagara.

The owner maintains possession of the said land and asserts lawful ownership based on earlier registration records.
