The Central Crime Branch (CCB) busted a prostitution racket operating out of spas and a house in Bengaluru, rescuing six women and arresting four accused, including three women. The operation was carried out by the Women Protection Wing based on credible intelligence gathered over multiple days. Police said the racket functioned in spas in Marathahalli and near Sunkadakatte, besides a house in Manjunatha Nagar. Raids at these locations led to the rescue of women allegedly forced into prostitution. Authorities stated that the accused had been running the illegal operation by coercing and exploiting victims. Further investigation is underway.
