Vision Karnataka 2025’ exhibition begins amid festivities

Exhibitions are like festivals. People throng to see new things. However, this "Vision Karnataka 2025" exhibition, organized in collaboration with Prayas Exhibition and Promotion, New Delhi, is truly a festival of knowledge, remarked Belagavi Member of Parliament Jagadish Shettar.
He was speaking as the chief guest at the grand Vision Karnataka 2025 exhibition, held at the KLE Educational Institution's Convention Center in Belagavi.
On the first day, around 5,000 students from various schools and colleges in Belagavi city visited the event. At the DRDO stall, students were amazed to see indigenously developed weapons and helicopters.
BIS officials shared tips on being cautious while purchasing products, and RBI officers educated the visitors on how to protect themselves from cyber fraud. More than 60 central government departments provided informative exhibits, making the first day of the exhibition a resounding success. The exhibition will continue until June 13.
On the ccasion, Mr. Prabhakar Kore, Chairman of KLE Society appreciated and honored Jagadish Shettar and Mr. Vaneesh Gupta of Prayas Exhibition for organizing such a treasure trove of knowledge in Belagavi. He also stated that initiatives like Make in India and Skill India are aiding India's holistic development.
MLA Mr. Abhay Patil remarked that the exhibition has given invaluable encouragement to the students of Belagavi by enriching their knowledge base.
The event began with a captivating Bharatanatyam performance by Disha Shetty, offering salutations to Lord Ganesha. The program officially commenced with a rendition of Karnataka's folk songs by Dr. Rajeshwari Hiremath's "Belli Chukki" team.
