Unique film from Mysore set for release on April 4
Mysuru
The Mysore-based film Benkiya Bale Beheshti Kolle is all set to hit theaters across Karnataka on April 4. Made by a team of Mysore artists and technicians, the film promises a fresh and socially relevant storyline.
Speaking at a press conference at Mysore Patrika Bhavan, director Shivaji shared that the film is produced under the Shivaji Pictures banner and features veteran actors like Mandya Ramesh, Siddegowda, and Shivaji, along with fresh talents including Niranjan, Mohan Kumar, Salman, Preeti, and Suma. The film will also be screened at Lido Cinema in Mysore.
The storyline revolves around rural life, touching on themes of women's exploitation and the struggles of those affected by cancer. It blends love, romance, action, emotions, and humor, weaving real-life incidents into its narrative. Unlike mainstream commercial films that heavily rely on technology, this film has been shot in a raw, realistic style.
The production team emphasized the lack of opportunities for new talents in the industry, which discourages producers from investing in fresh projects. To counter this, Shivaji Pictures has given emerging artists a platform through this film. Additionally, a special program on the release day will raise awareness about blood donation and cancer.
