Thousands to Receive Benefits on Independence Day

MLA Ramesh Bandisidde Gowda said, “This time, on Independence Day. various government benefits will be distributed to more than one thousand people in the taluk." Speaking at a meeting of officials held at Srirangapatna town's municipal office hall on Tuesday, he said.
"E-account and Pauthi account records, site title deeds, monthly sanction letters for social security scheme beneficiaries, and tools will be distributed to farmers by the agriculture, horticulture and silk departments. Preparations should be made for the distribution of 2,100 rights certificates in 21-gram panchayats of the taluk, 100 in each gram panchayat. At least 100 e-accounts should be distributed within the municipality limits on that day. A speech competition and an essay competition should be organized for students on the importance of the Constitution. Achievers and talented students from various fields should be honoured,” he suggested.
“The e-account and Pauti Account movement will start in the taluk from August 24. By then, this work should be completed in two hoblis. Household e-accounts should be given to residents of revenue villages and sub-revenue villages. It has been decided to distribute plots to the poor and government land should be identified,” he told the revenue officials.
Deputy Divisional Officer Srinivas,Tahsildar Chetana Yadav, Field Education Officer RP Mahesh spoke. Taluk Panchayat Executive Officer AB Venu, AEEs Ramakrishne Gowda. Jaswant, CPI BG Kumar, CDPO Sakaleshwar and others attended the meeting.
