Swamiji Condemns Terror Attack on Tourists in Pahalgam

Dr. Sri Nirmalanandanatha Swamiji, the head of the Adichunchanagiri Mahasamsthana Math, has strongly condemned the heinous act committed by terrorists against tourists in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. The incident, which resulted in the death of 26 individuals, has sent shockwaves through the community, and the Swamiji expressed his heartfelt condolences to the families who have lost their loved ones. He also wished a speedy recovery to those injured in the attack.
The Swamiji remarked on the unfortunate loss of three individuals from Karnataka, praying for their families to have the strength to bear this grief. He assured that the Math would stand with the victims' families during this difficult time.
Praising the government's initiative to bring the bodies of the deceased back to their native villages from Jammu and Kashmir, he deemed it commendable. He noted that Jammu and Kashmir used to be a hub of unrest, but Prime Minister Narendra Modi's decisive actions have brought peace to the valley in recent years. He expressed that the terrorists, unable to tolerate this peace, have resorted to barbaric attacks, which cannot be justified under any circumstances.
