In light of Operation Sindoor, the Muzrai Department of Karnataka has issued directives for special prayers to be held across all temples in the state. Muzrai Minister Ramlingareddi has instructed that these temples conduct special rituals as part of the operation. Additionally, the Department of Religious Affairs has issued orders for special prayers to be performed in the name of the Indian Army.

Following the commendation of India’s military operations nationwide, Zameer Ahmed Khan, Minister for Wakf and Minorities Welfare, has sent a message urging all mosques to organize special prayers tomorrow, Friday (May 9), to honor the valor and strength of the soldiers involved in Operation Sindoor.

In the aftermath of the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, the government’s Operation Sindoor has been widely praised. To bolster the morale of the soldiers defending the nation, all mosques under the Wakf Board have been directed to hold special prayers tomorrow, Friday. This includes the mosques associated with the Wakf Board and other religious establishments.

Notably, in response to the call for prayers in temples in the state, there was also a widespread appeal for Muslims to perform special prayers in mosques. Minister Zameer Ahmed Khan’s recent directive to facilitate such prayers has garnered appreciation and positive feedback from various quarters.
