Shalini Rajneesh appointed as new chief secy

Dr Shalini Rajneesh will be appointed as the chief secretary of the state government, Law Minister H K Patil said. Addressing a press conference at Vidhana Soudha after the cabinet meeting, the Minister said it was decided in the cabinet meeting to appoint Shalini Rajneesh as the new Chief Secretary.

Rajneesh Goyal, the current Chief Secretary of the government, will retire in five days. In view of this, it has been decided to appoint Shalini Rajneesh as the new Chief Secretary.
