Home Minister G Parameshwara said that it is not right to comment too much on the Pahalgam incident. Speaking at his Sadashivanagar residence, he said that if I say one thing, someone else says another, and keep saying whatever comes to mind, the significance will be lost.

It is not appropriate for any of us to overreact. It is the responsibility of all of us to maintain the security of the country. Whoever is in power in the majority, they have the opportunity to take decisions. We all have to be responsible. The AICC President, who attended the all-party meeting held in Delhi, said that our party representatives have also clearly stated that the incident will not be tolerated.

No one else can make the sacrifices that the Congress party has made for the security of the country. The Congress party has made so many sacrifices and sacrifices for the security of the country. We do not need to take lessons from anyone on this issue. Does showing leniency mean that we will leave the country alone so that insecurity will prevail,  he asked.
