Four from Belagavi die in stampede

In a tragic incident at the Maha Kumbh Mela, four residents from Belagavi, including a mother and daughter, lost their lives in a stampede. The victims have been identified as Jyoti Hattarvat (50), her daughter Megha Hattarvat (25), Arun Koparde, and Mahadevi Hanumant Bavanur (43). They were part of a group from Belagavi that traveled to Prayagraj. Despite treatment, the four succumbed to injuries. Several others were injured, including Arun's wife, Kanchan, who is being treated in hospital. Authorities are investigating the incident.
