An NIA investigation should be conducted into the Suhas murder case,  BJP state president and MLA BY Vijayendra said that a memorandum has been submitted to Governor  to instruct state government   in this regard.

Speaking to the media on Friday, after meeting the Governor, he said that our hopes for an impartial investigation into the Suhas murder case have been dashed. Therefore, all our people's representatives, Suhas's family, have met the honorable governor. Discussions are underway regarding the flow of foreign money in the case. He said that the PFI connection is also visible.

He explained that a delegation of BJP MLAs and leaders, along with the mother, father and father-in-law of Suhas Shetty,   met the   Governor. Although many cars were used, only a couple of cars were seized, only 10 people were arrested. Information is being received about 15-20 more people behind this. The women who worked as protectors for the murderers have not been arrested; information is being received that money came from abroad as well, he said.

It is coming out that those involved in the murder have information about PFI. Along with this, he drew attention to the fact that two or three other Hindu activists are also being threatened, saying, we have murdered Suhas. You are the next target.

The Speaker's statement that Fazil's family is not involved in this seems to be indirectly protecting them. Home Minister Parameshwar has stated that it is not possible to give it to the NIA before the investigation begins. He questioned how the police there can investigate honestly with these statements. He asked how the remaining Hindu activists can be expected to be protected.
