BJP city unit to stage protest on March 31

 BJP city unit will stage a protest against the state government under the leadership of MLA Yashpal Suvarna on March 31.Dinesh Amin, President Udupi BJP city unit, addressing the media in the press meet held on Saturday, said, the protest will begin at 4 pm from district BJP office, passing through Kalsanka and ending at Rajangana parking area.The protest is expected to gather about 2000 party workers. Later a formal event will be held at Rajangana parking area. Karkala MLA Sunil Kumar and Beltangady MLA Harish Poonja will participate in the protest. The protest is organized against the state budget which failed to fulfill the request of residents.District Vice President   Kiran Kumar, General Secretary   Jagadesh Acharya, Rural President Rajeev Kulal, and General Secretary   Rashmitha Balakrishna Shetty were present during the press conference.
