 Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Theerthakshetra Trust has invited sculptor of Mundaragi of the district to join hands in the construction of the magnificent Sri Ram Mandir being constructed at Ram Janmabhoomi, Ayodhya.

Nagamurthy is a young sculptor. Nagamurthy, who runs a sculpture shop in Mundaragi town of the district, is originally a resident of Kataraki village in Koppal district. He specialized in making idols using charcoal (Krishna Shile) found in HD Kote, Mysore district. Nagamurthy, who has built the idols of many temples and is known from all around. 

Nagamurthy studied at Shrigandha Kala Sankiran Kala Vidyalaya, Sagar, Shimoga district. For many years he was trained by Mundaragi Venkatesa Sutara in the art of sculpture, and now he has started his own self-employment. Nagamurthy, who has many skills in sculpture, is now very happy that Ayodhya has been invited for the construction of Sri Rama Mandir. 

Nagamurthy, who is going to be involved in the construction work of Ayodhya Sri Ram Mandir, has been honored and sent away by the locals. Nagamurthy, who has spoken about this, will go to Ayodhya and take darshan of Lord Rama and take birth. I am very happy to have this privilege. Shilpi Nagamurthy expressed great happiness that I got an invitation for the construction of Sri Ram Mandir and said that it was a blessing from my previous birth.
