Adarsha Group CEO inspires KLS IMER students

KLS IMER hosted an engaging Alumni Interaction Session on 19th July 2025, featuring Mr. Adarsha Gulabani, CEO and Partner of the Adarsha Group of Concerns and an alumnus from the 2019-21 batch. Gulabani shared valuable insights from his journey as an intrapreneur, focusing on innovation and adaptability in diverse business domains.
The Adarsha Group of Concerns operates across multiple sectors, including hospitality, textiles, garments, construction, and cable networks. Its prominent ventures include Hotel Adarsha Palace and several retail brands such as AMARCON and ARADHNA, with a strong presence in Belagavi, Kolhapur, and Hubballi. The group also encompasses Adarsha Builders and Developers and cable network companies like Bhima Riddhi Infotainment Pvt. Ltd., Sangli Media Services, and Universal VCN Cable Network Belgaum.
Speaking on the topic my intrapreneurial journey, Gulabani detailed his experiences in managing a portfolio of diverse businesses. He highlighted the operational challenges faced across sectors and shared how strategic innovations in HR, operations, and marketing have helped enhance the group’s profitability. His emphasis on intrapreneurship driving change from within the organization resonated strongly with the students.
The session was highly interactive, providing students with real-world perspectives on business leadership and innovation. It was coordinated by Rahul Mailcontractor under the guidance of Dr Arif Shaikh, Director, KLS IMER.
