I have filed a petition in the Special Court of People's Representatives, alleging that the investigation report given by the  Lokayukta regarding the Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) scam is false. The court has given me time to present my arguments on March 18. I will present my arguments myself, said the complainant, Snehamayi Krishna.

Speaking to the media on Tuesday, the Lokayukta said that the final report submitted by the police is false. Based on the evidence collected by them during the investigation, I have filed a counter-petition to prove the allegations. In support of that, I have submitted only a few documents and have asked for time to present my arguments. The court has given time on March 18. I will present detailed arguments on March 18. In the counter-petition filed yesterday, I have requested permission to conduct legal proceedings to try and punish the accused, he said.

The summons issued by the ED to CM's wife Parvati has been cancelled. What is very painful for me is that the ED charges will be known in the coming days. I would have been happy if the court had said that the investigation should not be conducted and that no arrest should be made.

The ED has conducted its investigation in the right manner. I am confident that justice will be done for my application. The ED and I will continuously work to uphold the truth. The Lokayukta has given the final report to the ED. They are conducting legal proceedings. We will put the truth before not only the state but also the people of the country, said Snehamayi Krishna.
