Star golfers Vani Kapoor, Amandeep Drall, and Sneha Singh will be the main attractions in the ninth leg of the Women’s Pro Golf Tour (WPGT) starting this week at Clover Greens in Hosur. This event, with a prize purse of Rs 15 lakh, has 35 players, including eight amateurs.

Vani Kapoor has been in excellent form, winning four of the eight events this season. Recently, she finished in the top 10 on the Ladies European Tour (LET), showing her steady comeback. Vani lost her LET card but hopes to regain it through strong performances. She feels playing in India has helped improve her game and mental strength. In this leg, Vani is grouped with Neha Tripathi and Snigdha Goswami.

Amandeep Drall, another strong contender, has also played a few events on the LET this year. She already has one win in 2025 and aims for more good results. Amandeep will play alongside Jahaanvie Walia in the opening two-ball match.

Sneha Singh, who has also gained experience on the LET, is back on the home tour. She will play with amateur Keya K Badugu and Khushi Khanijau.

Other talented golfers to watch include Ridhima Dilawari, Rhea Purvi Saravanan, Jasmine Shekar, Vidhatri Urs, and Lavanya Jadon. Among the amateurs, Saanvi Somu stands out as one of India’s top young players.

The event promises exciting action as these top players aim to showcase their skills and prepare for bigger international challenges. Fans are eager to see who will come out on top this week in Hosur.
