Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja and young batter Abhishek Sharma have achieved major milestones in the latest ICC player rankings. After his standout performance in the drawn fourth Test against England at Manchester, Jadeja remains No. 1 among Test all-rounders with 422 points, extending his lead over Mehidy Hasan by 117 points.

Jadeja scored a brilliant 107 not out and took four wickets, which also pushed him to 29th among batters and 14th among bowlers. England captain Ben Stokes, who made 141 runs and claimed six wickets, moved up to third among all-rounders—his best since 2022. He also rose to 34th in batting and 42nd in bowling.

Washington Sundar, who partnered Jadeja with an unbeaten 101, climbed to 65th among batters and joint-13th among all-rounders. He also picked up two wickets in the match. Other gainers include Joe Root, whose 150-run knock strengthened his top position among Test batters. Openers Ben Duckett and Zak Crawley also moved up, while Jofra Archer jumped 38 spots to 63rd after a strong bowling performance.

In T20Is, Abhishek Sharma has become the world’s No. 1 batter, overtaking Travis Head, who missed the West Indies series. Australia’s Josh Inglis rose to ninth after scoring 172 runs. Tim David and Cameron Green also reached career-best positions. For West Indies, Brandon King jumped to joint-21st.

On the bowling side, Jacob Duffy holds the top T20I spot, while Nathan Ellis rose to eighth after helping Australia win in Zimbabwe.
