Indian golfer Diksha Dagar ended her campaign at the Women’s Scottish Open with a strong finish, carding a second straight 71 in the final round. She tied for 39th place with a total score of 1-under-par. Her performance gives her a confidence boost ahead of the AIG Women’s Open, a major event next week.

Diksha had a tough start on Sunday with a bogey and double bogey, but recovered well with five birdies, including three in a row from the fifth to seventh holes. She made the cut on the line after earlier rounds of 69 and 76.

Meanwhile, 21-year-old English golfer Lottie Woad made headlines by winning the tournament in her professional debut. Woad, who led from early on, finished with a final score of 21-under-par. She is the first to win an LET event on debut since 2024.

Korea’s Hyo Joo Kim came second at 18-under. Spain’s Julia Lopez Ramirez and Korea’s Sei Young Kim tied for third at 14-under.
