Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday reiterated the BJP government's commitment to serving the poor and underprivileged, saying that the spirit of service is at the heart of its policy. Speaking at Shri Anandpur Dham in Madhya Pradesh’s Ashoknagar, PM Modi said the mantra of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas guides their work.

He praised India’s tradition of sages and saints who have always guided society in tough times, referring to the life of Swami Advaitananda Maharaj Ji as an example. Highlighting Ashoknagar’s spiritual significance, he described it as a sacred land shaped by the sacrifices of saints and dedicated to the welfare of humanity.

PM Modi said that modern challenges like conflict and division could be addressed through the principles of Advaita, which promote unity and human values. Earlier in the day, he offered prayers at the Guruji Maharaj Temple in Isagarh and visited the Anandpur Dham campus, known for its spiritual and charitable activities, including a large cowshed, a hospital, and educational institutions.

Later, in Varanasi, his parliamentary constituency, PM Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for development projects worth over ₹3,880 crore. These included road bridges, flyovers, and a tunnel near the airport. He also launched three major power infrastructure projects worth over ₹1,045 crore in Jaunpur, Chandauli, and Ghazipur districts. The event also saw him being welcomed by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
