The fourth edition of the India-US joint military exercise, Tiger Triumph, is set to take place on the Eastern Seaboard from April 1 to 13. This Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) exercise aims to improve coordination between the armed forces of both nations during crises. The focus is on developing interoperability and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for establishing a Combined Coordination Center (CCC) to ensure swift and effective responses.

The Indian Navy will participate with INS Jalashwa, Gharial, Mumbai, and Shakti, along with helicopters, landing crafts, and a P8I maritime patrol aircraft. The Indian Army will contribute troops from the 91 Infantry Brigade and 12 Mechanized Infantry Battalion, while the Air Force will deploy C-130 aircraft, MI-17 helicopters, and a Rapid Action Medical Team (RAMT). The US Navy will be represented by ships USS Comstock and Ralph Johnson, with embarked Marine Division troops.

The Harbour Phase will be held in Visakhapatnam from April 1 to 7, featuring an opening ceremony, joint flag parade, media interaction, and training activities. Following this, the exercise will move to the sea off Kakinada, where both sides will conduct maritime, amphibious, and HADR operations. A joint command center will be set up at the Kakinada Naval Enclave, and a medical camp will provide aid. The exercise will conclude with a closing ceremony aboard USS Comstock on April 13 in Visakhapatnam.
