After nearly nine years, Disney has finally released the trailer for Zootopia 2, much to the excitement of fans. The sequel brings back beloved characters Judy Hopps, an ambitious rabbit police officer, and Nick Wilde, a clever fox with a knack for mischief.

The new trailer offers a mix of humor, emotion, and suspense. It begins with a therapy session for mismatched partners — featuring Judy and Nick — hinting at new dynamics in their relationship. This time, the story explores a deeper bond between them, possibly even romance, as they team up to crack a high-stakes case.

The central mystery involves a new character, Gary De'Snake, a reptile voiced by Oscar-winner Ke Huy Quan. Director Jared Bush, who returns alongside co-director Byron Howard, revealed they chose Quan after seeing his vibrant personality on a talk show.

Other fresh faces include Fortune Feimster as Nibbles Maplestick, a quirky beaver, and Quinta Brunson as Dr. Fuzzby, a therapist helping Judy and Nick. French actor Jean Reno also joins in a cameo as a tough goat cop.

Familiar voices like Ginnifer Goodwin (Judy), Jason Bateman (Nick), and Shakira (Gazelle) return, with Shakira also recording a new song for the movie.

With vibrant animation, witty dialogues, and a thrilling mystery, Zootopia 2 is set to entertain audiences once again. The movie will hit theatres on November 26, 2025.
