Set in the mysterious town of Charandaspur, the show follows detectives Rea Thomas (Vaani Kapoor) and Vikram Singh as they probe a series of ritual killings. Their investigation uncovers links to a centuries-old secret society. The plot draws inspiration from real-life incidents, including the chilling 2018 Kerala human sacrifice case, blending true crime with gothic mystery.

The series also features Vaibhav Raj Gupta and Surveen Chawla in key roles. Mandala Murders is created by Mardaani 2 director Gopi Puthran and co-directed by Manan Rawat. Backed by YRF Entertainment, the executive producers include Aditya Chopra, Uday Chopra, Yogendra Mogre, and Akshaye Widhani.
