Kichcha Sudeep, last seen in Max, which had a strong box office run, is now preparing for his next big project. While currently engaged with the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL), he recently announced that Billa Ranga Baashaa will begin filming in the second week of March, exciting his eager fans. This marks his second collaboration with director Anup Bhandari after Vikrant Rona.

Set two centuries into the future, Billa Ranga Baashaa is planned as a two-part narrative. The team has leased four acres on Bengaluru’s outskirts to build specialized sets, with PrimeShow Entertainment producing the film. Sudeep’s Kichcha Creations is also expected to be involved.

Anup Bhandari has emphasized the film’s grand scale, with extensive VFX planning and custom 3D-designed sets. It will be released in both 3D and 2D formats, offering a visually immersive experience. Months of preparation have gone into set design, ensuring a seamless blend with VFX.

Filming will take place continuously for 20 to 25 days while additional sets are constructed. Drawing from Vikrant Rona's VFX expertise, Anup aims to elevate the sci-fi genre. His wife, Neetha Shetty, returns as costume designer, with more cast and crew details to be revealed soon.
