Sonu Nigam Announces ‘Satrangi Re’ Tour, Drops Song

On his 52nd birthday, renowned singer Sonu Nigam announced his Satrangi Re India Tour, a special seven-city musical journey. The tour, produced by NR Talent & Event Management in partnership with BookMyShow, will take place across Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Pune, Shillong, and Delhi-NCR. Tickets will go live exclusively on BookMyShow from August 1, 2025.

To mark the celebration, Sonu Nigam also released a heartfelt new single titled Kahani Meri. Blending Hindustani and Carnatic classical styles, the song was filmed in the serene landscapes of Leh, capturing themes of reflection and emotional depth. Composed by PVNS Rohit, the song was released under Nigam’s independent label ‘I Believe Music’ and is distributed by Global Music Junction.

Adding a special touch, Sonu launched the song alongside his youngest fan, Vedarrth, who shares his birthday and turned one this year. According to his parents, Vedarrth has been connected to Sonu’s music since before birth, making the moment extra touching.

Speaking about the tour and song, Sonu said, Satrangi Re 2025 is a celebration of my fans’ love through seven emotional shades, each city representing a different colour of love.
