Beyond acting, Shreyas played an active role in shaping Vishnu Priya, from editing trailers to designing posters and managing promotions. Many team members moved on to other projects due to delays, so I had to take charge, he explains. The experience taught him the importance of teamwork and time management.

Shreyas acknowledges the industry’s skepticism towards new actors. Audiences hesitate to trust fresh faces, especially when overhyped films fail to meet expectations, he notes. However, he remains confident in his performance, portraying a character who embarks on an emotional journey.

Working under his father’s production banner gave him creative freedom but also added responsibility. He credits director VK Prakash for his realistic approach, emphasizing authenticity over cinematic exaggeration. The film’s 1990s setting, Gopi Sundar’s music, and stunning cinematography bring a nostalgic charm.
