Sai Pallavi increases her fee for Naga Chaitanya’s 'Thandel'
Sai Pallavi is gearing up for the release of Thandel, starring Naga Chaitanya, following her successful role in the war biopic Amaran, where she impressed audiences with her heartfelt performance alongside Sivakarthikeyan. For her role in Thandel, Sai Pallavi has raised her fee to Rs 5 crore, up from Rs 3 crore for Amaran. This move marks a significant hike, signaling her rising stature in the industry. Known for her unconventional choices, she has shown generosity with her remuneration in the past, even forgoing her salary for the underperforming Padi Padi Leche Manasu.
In her roles, Sai Pallavi is admired for her authenticity, often choosing a no-makeup look to emphasize her natural beauty, which has been well-received by filmmakers. She recently visited her alma mater, sharing an emotional reflection on her school days, which helped foster her passion for dance, highlighting her down-to-earth personality and connection to her roots.
Apart from Thandel, Sai Pallavi is also preparing for her role as Goddess Sita in the upcoming epic Ramayana, directed by Nitesh Tiwari. She will star opposite Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram, with Kannada star Yash playing the role of Ravan. This project adds another major milestone to her already impressive career.
