The release date was officially announced by the makers, adding to the excitement of fans who’ve followed the powerful franchise for over a decade.

Directed by Abhiraj Minawala, who has been mentored by Yash Raj Films, this third part promises to be darker and more intense. Rani had earlier described it as dark, deadly and brutal, which sparked strong interest among fans and social media users.

The film is expected to showcase a gripping battle between good and evil, with the Holi release symbolizing the victory of justice over corruption and crime. The story revolves around a fierce face-off between Shivani and sinister forces, staying true to the franchise’s intense tone.

Producer Aditya Chopra is also using Mardaani 3 to encourage fresh talent. The screenplay is written by Aayush Gupta, known for The Railway Men, and has already been praised for its bold storytelling.

Mardaani holds the distinction of being India’s most successful female-led cop franchise, continuing to break ground in Hindi cinema. With a strong legacy and a fresh creative team, Mardaani 3 is expected to deliver a powerful cinematic experience.
