Ram Charan’s highly anticipated pan-India film Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu Sana, has already made headlines with a record-breaking audio rights deal. T-Series has reportedly acquired the film’s music rights for over ₹25 crore, making it the highest-ever audio rights deal for a Ram Charan film. With music composed by the legendary AR Rahman, Peddi is shaping up to be a massive project with a strong pan-India appeal.

The film’s first-look posters, released on Ram Charan’s birthday, introduced fans to his fierce new avatar. Sporting unkempt hair, a rugged beard, and a striking nose ring, he exudes intensity. One poster shows him holding a bat in a rustic stadium under floodlights, while the other captures him lighting a beedi, hinting at a raw and intense character.

Scheduled for a grand launch, the first shot of Peddi will be unveiled on April 6, coinciding with Sri Rama Navami. The movie also boasts an impressive star cast, including Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor, who is making her second Telugu film appearance after Devara. Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar and Mirzapur fame Divyendu Sharma also play key roles.

Currently in production, Peddi is expected to be a high-budget rural action drama with a sports backdrop. With Rahman’s music, a stellar cast, and a powerful narrative, the film is poised to be a major cinematic spectacle.
