Rajinikanth’s ‘Coolie’ delays LIK glimpse release
The first glimpse of Love Insurance Kompany (LIK), directed by Vignesh Shivan and starring Pradeep Ranganathan and Krithi Shetty, has been postponed. Originally set to release on August 1, the teaser was delayed to avoid clashing with the trailer and audio launch of Superstar Rajinikanth’s Coolie, scheduled for August 2 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai.
Production house Seven Screen Studio shared the update on Instagram, stating, “The first punch of Love Insurance Kompany will now land a little later.” A new release date will be announced after the Coolie event.
LIK is a romantic entertainer set to release on September 18. The film is produced by actress Nayanthara, wife of Vignesh Shivan. The story promises fresh, original content with no compromises in quality, according to the director.
Pradeep Ranganathan, known for his 100% success rate in Tamil cinema, last delivered a blockbuster with Dragon. LIK also features S J Suryah and Gouri Kishen in key roles.
The film boasts a top-notch crew, including cinematographer Ravivarman, music composer Anirudh, editor Pradeep Ragav, and stunt master Peter Hein, raising expectations among fans.
