Karate Girls' trailer teases thrilling clashes, loyalty, and identity
The trailer for the upcoming series Karate Girls introduces an intense rivalry between Komal and Abha, two girls navigating love, loyalty, and identity through karate. Set in Nashik, a town near Mumbai, the story unfolds when Komal joins Abha’s father’s karate academy, Navodaya. Despite their differences, the two must unite for a larger purpose as the Nashik Karate Federation Tournament heightens tensions and tests their resolve. Manav Gohil, who plays Ajay Sensei, described the show as a transformative experience, revisiting his karate roots. He shared, Ajay Sensei’s disciplined approach aims to bring societal change, and the narrative’s twists will keep viewers hooked.
The series, created by Dice Media, also features Ashlesha Thakur, Celesti Bairagey, Meiyang Chang, Chirag Katrecha, and Rohan Joshi. Chang, who portrays the manipulative JD, said the story blends emotions like love, envy, and rebellion against the backdrop of an exciting sport. Thakur, who plays Komal, emphasized the physical and emotional preparation her role demanded, adding that Komal’s journey highlights courage, resilience, and the transformative power of friendship.
