Kamal Haasan reacts humorously to Trisha Krishnan's marriage plans

However, it was Kamal Haasan's humorous reaction to her response that truly captured attention. During a promotional event for the film Thug Life directed by Mani Ratnam, Trisha was asked about her plans for marriage.

Trisha shared, I don’t believe in marriage. It's fine if it happens, and fine if it doesn't. Her casual and playful answer was met with applause, as the host appreciated her candidness.

While Trisha spoke, Kamal Haasan appeared lost in thought. When asked what he was thinking, Kamal humorously responded, I’m wondering if she will cast her vote or not. This remark sparked laughter, especially considering Trisha’s close friendship with actor Thalapathy Vijay, who has recently entered politics and is expected to contest in Tamil Nadu’s upcoming elections.

Kamal further added, She’s saying, ‘Even if he doesn’t come, it’s fine.’ People who are about to cast their vote don’t think like that. His playful comment prompted cheers from the audience, while Trisha smiled in response.

Thug Life, directed by Mani Ratnam, features a star-studded cast, including Kamal Haasan, Trisha, Silambarasan, Joju George, and many others. The film is slated for release on June 5.
