Housefull 5 wraps up, ready for a June 2025 release

The shooting for Housefull 5, starring Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, and Abhishek Bachchan, has been completed, the makers announced on Tuesday. Directed by Tarun Mansukhani and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, this comedy-drama promises to bring another dose of laughter and chaos to the big screen.

The film boasts an impressive ensemble cast, including Shreyas Talpade, Dino Morea, Jacqueline Fernandez, Chitrangda Singh, Nargis Fakhri, Sanjay Dutt, Chunky Pandey, Fardeen Khan, Sonam Bajwa, Nana Patekar, Johnny Lever, Soundarya Sharma, and Nikitin Dheer.

To celebrate the wrap, the team shared a group photo on social media. The caption read, “That’s a wrap for Housefull 5! A rollercoaster of emotions, filled with laughter, hard work, and unforgettable memories. Get ready to laugh your hearts out on 6th June 2025 in cinemas near you.”

The Housefull franchise began in 2010 with Sajid Khan directing the first film, featuring Akshay and Riteish alongside Lara Dutta, Deepika Padukone, and Boman Irani. Each sequel brought fresh faces and quirky storylines, with Housefull 3 and Housefull 4 releasing in 2016 and 2019, respectively. Fans can expect this fifth installment to continue the tradition of humor and high-energy entertainment.
