‘Housefull 5’ teaser brings killer laughs, marks 15 years

The popular comedy franchise 'Housefull' celebrates its 15th anniversary this year. To mark the milestone, producer Sajid Nadiadwala has released the teaser for the upcoming film Housefull 5, which is set to hit theatres on June 6, 2025.

Since its debut in 2010, the Housefull series has entertained audiences with its over-the-top humour, star-studded cast, and wild storylines. The first film, directed by Sajid Khan, featured actors like Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Lara Dutta, and Deepika Padukone, setting the tone for the franchise’s chaotic comedy style.

Now, Housefull 5 promises even more madness. The teaser introduces a brand-new setting—a luxury cruise—offering a fresh backdrop for the film's slapstick comedy and unexpected turns. This time, the story also hints at a suspenseful twist, with a masked killer making an appearance.

Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, the film boasts a massive ensemble cast including Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonam Bajwa, Nargis Fakhri, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Nana Patekar, and several others.

With its mix of humour, suspense, and an extravagant setting, Housefull 5 aims to be a rollercoaster ride for fans. Produced under the Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment banner, the film will release worldwide on June 6, 2025, adding another chapter to this much-loved franchise.
