‘F3’ celebrates 3 years of comedy gold

Director Anil Ravipudi’s hit comedy F3, starring Venkatesh, Varun Tej, and Tamannaah Bhatia, marked its third anniversary on Tuesday. Produced by Sri Venkateswara Creations, the team celebrated the occasion on X by sharing a message highlighting the film’s lasting charm and entertainment value.

A sequel to the 2019 hit F2: Fun and Frustration, F3 was delayed multiple times due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Initially planned for release in August 2021, it finally hit cinemas on May 27, 2022, and quickly became a fan favorite for its mix of laughter and chaos.

The film featured music by Devi Sri Prasad, cinematography by Sai Sriram, and editing by Tammiraju. Along with the main cast, F3 also included performances by Rajendra Prasad, Sunil, Sonal Chauhan, and Mehreen Pirzada, adding to its entertainment factor.

Upon release, F3 opened to impressive box office figures, earning around ₹23 crore worldwide on its first day and ₹80.4 crore in its opening week. By the end of its run, it had collected a global total of ₹134 crore, securing its place as a major commercial hit.

Three years later, F3 continues to be remembered for its fun-filled story and strong performances, proving its lasting appeal with audiences.
