Dhanush wraps Aanand Rai's 'Tere Ishq Mein'

Tamil star Dhanush has officially completed filming for his upcoming movie Tere Ishq Mein. He shared the news on Instagram, posting a picture with the caption, And it’s a wrap tereishqmein, on Monday.

The film stars Kriti Sanon opposite Dhanush. Known for her performances in Mimi and Luka Chuppi, Sanon will play a character named Mukti, while Dhanush will be seen as Shankar. Directed by Aanand L Rai, the film marks the actor-director duo’s third collaboration after Raanjhanaa (2013) and Atrangi Re (2021).

Tere Ishq Mein is scheduled to hit theatres worldwide on November 28 and will release in both Hindi and Tamil languages. The story is penned by Himanshu Sharma, with music composed by the legendary A R Rahman and lyrics by Irshad Kamil.

The film is produced by Aanand L Rai, Himanshu Sharma, Bhushan Kumar, and Krishan Kumar. With an emotional storyline and a strong creative team, the film is already creating buzz among fans.

Meanwhile, Kriti Sanon was last seen in Do Patti (2024), which also marked her debut as a producer, co-starring Kajol. Dhanush, on the other hand, recently starred in Kuberaa, a crime thriller directed by Sekhar Kammula, which released on June 20 and also featured Rashmika Mandanna.

With a powerful cast, soulful music, and a seasoned director, Tere Ishq Mein is one of the most awaited films of the year.
