Actor Suniel Shetty has backed the ban on Pakistani artists following the Pahalgam terror attack, which claimed 26 lives. He said there can be no space for art or cricket with those who harm peace and kill innocent people. According to Shetty, unity is vital during such times, and citizens must not let hatred grow.

The April 22 terror attack in the Pahalgam region triggered strong reactions, including calls to ban the upcoming film Abir Gulaal, which features Pakistani actor Fawad Khan. Initially scheduled for release on May 9, government sources recently stated that the film will not be allowed to hit Indian theatres.

Shetty said, Anyone disturbing our peace and harming innocents should face a ban. Be it films, cricket, or anything else—stop everything. First, correct the wrongs. Once that's done, peace will return. We believe in dharma, karma, and seva.

He further added, Our Prime Minister has trusted the Army with the responsibility of making the right decisions, and they will act accordingly. As citizens, we must remain united and not let hate divide us.

Currently, Shetty is promoting his new film Kesariya Veer, which stars Sooraj Pancholi and Vivek Oberoi. The movie is set for release on May 16. Would you like this version adjusted for a press release or social media format?
