Amulya Returns as Judge on Zee Kannada Show
Beloved Sandalwood actress Amulya is making her much-awaited return to the spotlight, this time on television. After stepping away from films following her marriage to businessman and politician Jagadish R Chandra in 2017, and focusing on her family life with twin sons Atharv and Aadhav, Amulya is now set to debut on the small screen as a judge on Zee Kannada’s new reality show Navu Namavaru.
Set to premiere on August 2, the emotional reality series will air every Saturday and Sunday at 9 pm. With a focus on real-life stories and relationships, the show’s tagline, Relationships are real stories that cannot be forgotten, promises viewers a heartfelt journey through tales of love, family, and bonding.
Amulya will join veteran actress Tara and actor Sharan on the judges’ panel. The promos, already gaining attention online, reveal a graceful and warm Amulya in a new avatar, bringing a sense of nostalgia to her fans who’ve long missed her on screen.
Unlike typical talent-based reality shows, Navu Namavaru aims to showcase everyday people and their touching life experiences. It highlights emotions over competition, offering a refreshing change for weekend viewers.
Known for her roles in films like Cheluvina Chittara, Shravani Subrahmanya, and Krishna Rukku, Amulya’s return has been met with joy and support from fans. Her comeback marks a new phase in her career—this time, bringing real stories and genuine emotion to television audiences across Karnataka.
