Ajay Devgn is back as Jassi in Son of Sardaar 2, the fun-filled sequel to his 2012 hit. The teaser was released today and shared by Devgn himself on social media with the caption, “Sardaar ki entry ka countdown aaj se shuru.” The film promises loud laughter, colorful action, and crazy comedy.

Directed by Vijay Kumar Arora, this new movie is not a direct sequel but a spiritual one. The story continues with fresh characters while keeping the same energetic vibe. Mrunal Thakur joins as Rabia, with Ravi Kishan playing Raja. The comedy cast includes Sanjay Mishra, Deepak Dobriyal, Chunky Panday, and Neeru Bajwa.

The teaser gives a peek into over-the-top scenes, slow-motion stunts, punchy dialogues, and a strong Punjabi flavor. It shows Devgn in full form, combining comedy and action, and returning to his fun-loving roots.

Produced by Ajay Devgn, Jyoti Deshpande, N.R. Pachisia, and Pravin Talreja, the film is backed by big names like ADFFilms, Jio Studios, and T-Series. The script is written by Jagdeep Singh Sidhu and Danish Devgn, aiming to reach both old fans and younger Gen-Z viewers.

Set to release on July 25, 2025, Son of Sardaar 2 is expected to start the summer film season with a bang, ahead of other big movies like War 2 and Coolie. Devgn’s signature mix of action and humor looks ready to win hearts once again.
