Actor Shreyas Manju values hard work, growth
Vishnu Priya, directed by National Award-winning filmmaker VK Prakash, is set for release on February 21. The film, a heartfelt love story from the 1980s, stars Shreyas Manju, known for Paddhehuli, and Priya Prakash Varrier, marking her Kannada debut. Produced by Dr. K. Manju under Bindya Movies, the romantic song Elu Girigala Elu Kadalina Aache was recently launched by actor Sriimurali at a celebration, attended by actor Sapthami Gowda, lyricist Kaviraj, and others.
Sriimurali expressed his affection for the film, saying, Some films touch your heart, and this is one of them. Shreyas and Priya have done a wonderful job. This film will remind everyone of their own love stories. Producer Ramesh Reddy praised Shreyas, noting, His name alone is a mark of greatness.
Director VK Prakash reflected on Shreyas's potential, saying, Shreyas has the ability to become a great actor. We worked closely with Priya to bring out their chemistry, and producer K Manju supported us throughout. Shreyas shared his belief in hard work, saying, Knowledge is more important than money. I value growth, even if it means delays. Priya, commenting on her first Kannada film, said, This beautiful story has taught me so much.
With music by Gopi Sundar and a screenplay by Ravi Srivatsa, Vishnu Priya explores the themes of love and family. The film also stars Achyuth Kumar and Suchendra Prasad, with cinematography by Vinod Bharathi.
