An incident took place in Soladevanahalli police station area where a TT driver was stabbed to death after he was scolded for not going home properly.
TT driver Keshavamurthy (32) is the person who was killed while his friend Kallesh was injured and survived. The murder accused and garment employee Bharat escaped and the police laid a trap to arrest him.
Keshavamurthy immediately stopped him and said how can you do this? Buddhiva said that it is not right to hurt your wife without going home.
Then Keshava Murthy, Kallesh and Bharat three came near the Chigari Wines Store of Chikkabanawara on the same bike and came out drunk. When Keshava Murthy scolded Bharat again, Bharat got angry, took out a knife from his pocket and stabbed both of them and ran away.
Locals saw Keshava Murthy and Kallesha, who had collapsed and were severely stabbed, and were admitted to the hospital. However, Keshava Murthy breathed his last yesterday afternoon. A case of murder has been registered in Soladevanahalli police station and a search is being conducted for Bharatani, who is absconding.
