This 6-Lane Road Has Solved Traffic Problem In City

The traffic congestion caused by the movement of trucks has been resolved. Work on the 6-lane National Highway between Devanahalli-Hosakote has been completed and it is expected to be opened for traffic soon.National Highway 648 runs from Devanahalli district administration building through the outskirts of the town and connects to Hoskote city. After the vehicular traffic starts on this road, trucks will not enter the town and the annoyance of motorists will be relieved. 37.6 km work on the long 6-lane road is almost complete. This road has been developed under the Bharat Mala scheme of the central government. The road is ready for inauguration and people are expecting to avoid traffic jam. A total of around 1,278 Crores are spend for construction of this highway from Devanahalli District. This road runs from rural areas through urban areas and connects industrial areas to neighboring states.
