Reality show contestant Rakshak, known for frequently making controversial statements, has once again found himself in the spotlight. Recently, during his participation in Bhurjari Bachelors Season 2, he made remarks about Goddess Chamundeshwari, which sparked outrage among her devotees. Following the backlash, Rakshak has now issued a public apology. While trying to impress a female contestant on the show, Rakshak made an objectionable remark, saying that Goddess Chamundeshwari seems to have gone on a Goa trip wearing jeans. This statement did not sit well with devotees of the goddess and Hindu organizations, leading to widespread criticism. Many netizens expressed their discontent, calling his words disrespectful and offensive. In response to the backlash, Rakshak took to social media to express regret. He stated: I am your Rakshak Bullet. In a recent reality show, I used a famous movie dialogue during a skit, which became a topic of discussion. My late father, Bullet Prakash, my mother, and our entire family are devoted followers of Goddess Chamundeshwari. Ever since my father’s time, we have been worshipping the goddess with deep reverence. He further clarified that he did not intend to disrespect the goddess, saying: I am not someone who would deliberately make offensive remarks about Goddess Chamundeshwari. I have always sought her blessings in everything I do. If my words have hurt anyone's sentiments, I sincerely apologize. I assure everyone that such an incident will not happen again.
