Preparations underway for State Cabinet meet at Nandi Giridham

The District Commissioner, P.N. Ravindra, has directed concerned officials to make all necessary preparations to ensure the smooth and efficient conduct of the upcoming State Cabinet meeting scheduled at the world-famous Nandi Giridham on June 19, 2025.
Speaking at a preparatory meeting held on Friday at the District Panchayat auditorium, Ravindra emphasized the importance of meticulous arrangements for the 13th State Cabinet session, which will commence at 12 noon in the Mayura Hall of Nandi Giridham, Chikkaballapur taluk. The meeting will be attended by the Honorable Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister, state ministers, and senior officials. A press conference is planned following the session. He instructed officials to ensure the venue is fully prepared, including setting up the stage and organizing facilities for the dignitaries. Adequate arrangements must be made for accommodation, drinking water, and meals.
Police security must be strengthened, and a total of 19 committees have been formed, each assigned specific responsibilities to carry out tasks efficiently and respectfully. Officials are urged to begin preparations immediately. All district officers and staff must remain at their central duty stations, maintain daily logs, and ensure timely execution of government schemes and public services. A detailed 15-day action plan must be publicly displayed in their offices. The meeting was attended by senior district and taluk officials, including the District Panchayat CEO Prakash G.T. Nittal, District Police Superintendent Kushal Chouksey, and Additional District Commissioner Dr. N. Bhaskar.
