The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) recently hosted a flat fair at Kaniminike, which garnered a tremendous response from the public. Organized on Saturday, the event attracted over 500 attendees eager to explore housing options. Among them, 175 participants successfully secured flats, reflecting the fair’s overwhelming success.

Notably, 75 buyers completed their initial deposit payments on-site and received their allotment letters immediately. An additional 25 buyers issued cheques and are expected to finalize their payments via RTGS by Monday to obtain their allotment letters.

The fair showcased 2BHK flats located in Kaniminike Phases I, II, and III, catering to various budget preferences. Flats measuring 650 square feet in Kaniminike Phase II were priced at ₹25 lakh, while the 800 square feet 2BHK units in Kaniminike Phase III were available for ₹30 lakh.

The initiative underscores BDA’s commitment to providing affordable housing options and making the buying process seamless for prospective homeowners. The instant allotment system and spot deposit collection added to the convenience, attracting a wide range of buyers.

This fair not only highlights the rising demand for affordable housing in Bengaluru but also reinforces the effectiveness of such initiatives in bridging the gap between developers and homebuyers. The successful turnout and sales figures indicate a promising trend in Bengaluru’s real estate market.
