Biklu Shiva case: Contract killers allegedly paid ₹30k monthly
Explosive revelations have emerged in the investigation into the murder of rowdy-sheeter Biklu Shiva, shedding light on the meticulous surveillance carried out prior to his killing. According to police sources, the accused hired two men to secretly track Shiva’s movements for months before executing the crime.
The Investigation has revealed that the two individuals—identified as Auto Shiva and Samuel—were each paid ₹1,000 per day, amounting to ₹30,000 per month, to shadow Biklu Shiva. This arrangement was reportedly in place since February, under the instructions of the key accused, Jagga alias Jagadeesh.
Another accused, Kiran, played a crucial role in maintaining secrecy. He ensured that the surveillance operation remained discreet, collecting vital details from Samuel and Auto Shiva. The information gathered included who visited Shiva’s house, vehicle numbers, the distance between his home and the main entrance, the presence of CCTV cameras, and the average pedestrian traffic outside the house.
Based on this detailed surveillance, Kiran reportedly helped plan the safest escape route after the crime. The level of premeditation has shocked investigators, who are now piecing together how the murder was so precisely orchestrated. As the probe deepens, police believe that more shocking details may surface, exposing a well-funded network behind the crime. The case is a grim reminder of how organized surveillance is increasingly being used in contract killings, even at the local level.
