Actor Rakshak booked after road accident

Actor Rakshak Bullet, known for his appearance on Bigg Boss, has been booked following a road accident that left a youth seriously injured. The incident occurred within the jurisdiction of the Hennur Traffic Police Station.

According to the police, Rakshak’s vehicle collided with a bike being ridden by Venugopal on the Thanisandra–Dasarahalli stretch near Manyata Tech Park. The accident resulted in a serious leg fracture for Venugopal, who hails from Shidlaghatta and works in Bengaluru. He was rushed to a private hospital near Hebbal in a taxi following the crash. An FIR has been registered against Rakshak based on a complaint filed by Anusha, who was riding pillion with Venugopal during the incident. The actor was reportedly driving recklessly when the accident took place.

In a separate case, Rakshak appeared before the Doddaballapur Rural Police Station for questioning in connection with a threat-to-life complaint filed by fellow actor Pratham. The two were present at Renuka Yellamma Temple when Pratham claimed he was threatened by individuals including Yashaswini and Baker Raghu. Speaking to the media, Rakshak stated, “I have already informed the police about what happened. We are artists, not hooligans. We come from cinema families and are working hard to grow in the industry.” Investigations in both matters are ongoing, and police have assured appropriate legal action. The incidents have stirred discussion within the Kannada film industry and among fans.
